SHIPPING & RETURN

All orders are sent within 24 hours from our warehouse in the United Arab Emirates. We will attempt to be as brief as possible and notify you straight. Weekend and holiday orders will be handled the next business day. If you prefer a certain carrier, please contact us through email. ​

Please note that after an order has been placed, we cannot make any modifications or cancellations. If you have any questions after receiving your order, please email us at info@minervaderm.com

If you get damaged, defective, or wrongly ordered items, please tell our Customer Service team as soon as possible on the day the products are delivered, and a replacement will be provided to you. Please note that if a replacement is unavailable, the refunded amount will be held as store credit for future transactions. For thirty days, the product price will exist as your shop credit or coupon code.

 

Due to company rules and considerations, we cannot accept returns on used and opened products. 

 

If you like to pay for your own return postage and insurance via your preferred carrier, please include the standard return label and email info@minervaderm.com for the location.

It’s free shipping over 200 AED and consider transportation might take 5-9 working days. Selected items will be dispatched in 2-3 business days.
