All orders are sent within 24 hours from our warehouse in the United Arab Emirates. We will attempt to be as brief as possible and notify you straight. Weekend and holiday orders will be handled the next business day. If you prefer a certain carrier, please contact us through email.

If you get damaged, defective, or wrongly ordered items, please tell our Customer Service team as soon as possible on the day the products are delivered, and a replacement will be provided to you. Please note that if a replacement is unavailable, the refunded amount will be held as store credit for future transactions. For thirty days, the product price will exist as your shop credit or coupon code.
Due to company rules and considerations, we cannot accept returns on used and opened products.
If you like to pay for your own return postage and insurance via your preferred carrier, please include the standard return label and email firstname.lastname@example.org for the location.
